AI integration into your business

The best AI is the one you do not notice, because it lives inside the tools you already use every day. We integrate intelligence into your ERP, your CRM, your email and your workflows, without forcing you to switch software or reinvent your processes.

AI where you already work

An AI project fails when it forces people out of their tools to use yet another one. That is why our priority is integration: making the intelligence appear inside your ERP, your CRM, your email client or your website, exactly when it adds value, without asking anyone to change their habits.

We connect AI to your systems through APIs, custom integrations and connectors with the platforms you already have. The result is a layer of intelligence that reads your data, understands your context and acts within your own workflows, as a natural extension of what already works in your company.

Start with what pays off most

There is no need to transform everything at once. The sensible thing is to start where AI gives the most with the least: a costly repetitive task, a flow full of friction, a process that always gets stuck. We prove value there, measure it and, on those results, expand to the rest of the business.

Behind every integration there are 28 years of craft managing real systems. We know how to connect different worlds without breaking anything, document what we do and leave the AI maintained and watched, just like the rest of your infrastructure. Intelligence is not a project apart: it becomes one more piece of your machinery.

Our integration method, step by step

Every integration starts with an inventory: which systems you have, which data lives in each one, what can be connected via API and what needs custom work. With that map, we define the first use case with you and design the integration on paper: what the AI reads, where it writes, what happens if something fails and how a change is undone if necessary.

Deployment follows the discipline of people who run production systems: testing in a controlled environment before touching the real one, gradual changes one variable at a time, backups beforehand and verification after every step. And at the end, documentation: what was connected, how and why, so the integration never depends on anyone's memory.

The typical integration failures we avoid

Integrations that end badly tend to share the same defects: fragile couplings that break when the vendor updates their API, data duplicated across two systems with nobody knowing which one rules, automated processes with no error handling that fail silently, and projects only understood by the person who built them — until they leave.

Our vaccine is craft: we always define the source of truth for every piece of data, build with error handling and alerts from day one, version and document every connector, and avoid single-person dependencies. A well-built integration is boring: it works, it warns when something goes wrong, and anyone on the team can maintain it.

Living integrations, maintained and watched

An integration is never finished: it is maintained. APIs change, programs get updated, processes evolve, and any of those movements can break a connection that had been working for months. That is why we monitor the integrations we build: if a flow stops working or starts behaving oddly, an alert fires and we see it — your team does not discover it weeks later with half the data missing.

And since integration touches servers, networks and security, it helps a great deal when whoever maintains it also knows that layer. That is our case: systems, hosting, cybersecurity and AI live in the same house, with a team in Mallorca that can show up at your office when the problem calls for it. Short distance is a technical feature too.

Frequently asked questions

Will I have to change my ERP or CRM?

No. The goal of integration is exactly the opposite: that you make the most of AI inside the tools you already use. We connect through APIs and connectors with your ERP, your CRM or your email, and we only suggest a change if your current system is genuinely the problem, never by default.

What if my tools are old or very specific?

That is the norm, and we handle it. With 28 years connecting real systems, we know how to integrate modern platforms with legacy or highly sector-specific software. We study what can be connected via API and what needs a custom integration, and give you a clear plan before touching anything.

What happens if my software vendor changes their API?

That is one of the reasons integrations are maintained, not abandoned. We monitor every connection, detect when an external change affects it and adapt the connector. Since we version and document every integration, we know exactly what to touch without putting the rest at risk.

Can the integration break my current system?

We work so it does not: testing in a controlled environment before touching production, backups beforehand, gradual changes verified after every step and a rollback planned from the design stage. It is the same discipline we have applied managing production systems for 28 years.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not much: access to your programs' documentation or APIs, someone on your team who knows the business process, and the necessary permissions on the systems to be connected. The rest (analysis, design, development, testing and documentation) is on us, keeping you informed at every phase.
