Penny: AI for business

Penny is SYSBalear's own AI, built entirely in-house and working in production inside our own ERP/CRM. It is not a promise for the future: it is a digital colleague that already reads, understands, proposes and anticipates, 24 hours a day.

A digital colleague, not a chatbot

Penny does not wait for you to ask a question. It is integrated at the heart of our ERP/CRM and works continuously: it watches the systems, detects incidents and auto-repairs them, strengthens cybersecurity, automates administrative tasks and serves website visitors by qualifying every lead. All of it, tirelessly and without losing context.

What sets it apart from an ordinary chatbot is that it understands your business. It reads what happens, cross-references information, proposes actions and, in many cases, executes them on its own. And it learns: each interaction makes it a little more useful and a little more autonomous. What it escalates to a human today, it may resolve itself tomorrow.

The proof is at home

We do not ask you for a leap of faith. Penny has been in production inside our own operation for a while, and that is where we have seen the real impact: in real cases, this way of working has multiplied productivity by up to +500% and automated a significant share of invoicing. We present it as an honest reference, not as a guarantee.

That is why, when we bring Penny to your company, we do not improvise: we replicate a model that already works, adapted to your processes. We start with what hurts most, prove value early and grow on measurable results, with you, from day one.

How we bring Penny to your company

Deploying Penny always follows the same method. First we sit down with you to understand your operation: which tools you use, where time gets lost, what information you handle and what you wish would simply happen on its own. From there come one or two concrete use cases, chosen by impact, which become Penny's first mission inside your business.

Then we integrate her with your systems, feed her your company's context and put her to work under supervision. At first, every sensitive action goes through a person; as she proves reliable, she gains autonomy. And once the first case works and has been measured, we move on to the next. No big bang, no never-ending projects: step by step, built on results.

Who Penny is for

Penny is a particularly good fit for the SME that does everything with a lean team: the firm that loses afternoons filing paperwork, the shop or hotel that receives enquiries when no one is around, the company whose systems administrator cannot stay awake 24 hours a day. If your week contains tasks that repeat and windows when nobody answers, there is work for her.

You do not need to be a large company or have a technical department. We take care of deployment, integration and maintenance; your team simply notices that things they used to do by hand now show up done. And if your case is unusual, all the better: we would rather study your specific reality than sell you a standard package.

Penny and the rest of SYSBalear's services

Penny does not arrive alone: she arrives with the whole house behind her. SYSBalear has been managing systems, hosting and cybersecurity for 28 years, and the AI leans on that same craft. When Penny watches your servers, the team that manages them is behind her; when she spots something odd, the cybersecurity practice is behind her; when she automates a process, someone who knows your infrastructure end to end is behind her.

That combination avoids the classic problem of AI projects: a vendor who delivers the software and vanishes when something fails in the layer underneath. Here, infrastructure and intelligence are the same responsibility, with a single point of contact in Mallorca. If something goes sideways, there are no three companies pointing at each other: there is one team that answers.

Systems, hosting and cybersecurity from the same house
One point of contact for infrastructure and AI
Real proximity: a team in Mallorca
No vendors pointing fingers when something fails

Frequently asked questions

Is Penny a closed product or does it adapt to my company?

It adapts. Penny is our own AI platform, but every deployment is tailored to your processes, your data and your tools. We do not hand you a sealed box: we configure what it watches, what it automates and how it communicates, and we grow it as it gains context about your business.

How long until it delivers value?

We design every project so value arrives early. We start with one or two high-impact cases (for example, 24/7 monitoring or automating a costly repetitive task) and, on those first results, we expand. We do not sell an endless project: we aim for visible return as soon as possible.

Do I need a technical department to work with Penny?

No. We handle deployment, integration with your tools and ongoing maintenance, just as we do with the systems and hosting we already manage. Your team does not have to learn to "operate an AI": they keep working in their usual tools and simply notice that some tasks show up already done.

Who supervises Penny once she is deployed?

Our team, continuously. Penny is maintained and monitored like any other critical piece of your infrastructure: we review her behaviour, adjust whatever is needed and control what she can do alone and what requires human approval. Autonomy is earned through proven reliability, never granted by default.

Does Penny only work if SYSBalear also manages my systems?

It is not a requirement. Penny integrates with your current infrastructure through APIs and connectors, whoever manages it. That said, when systems, hosting, cybersecurity and AI live in the same house, everything runs smoother: a single point of contact, less friction and nobody blaming another vendor when something fails.
