Hosting with AI-managed security, watching what you can't

Security that never rests because it isn't human, supervised by people who are. Penny, our own AI, watches your servers 24/7, detects threats and applies automatic remediation, backed by professional firewalls and a cybersecurity team.

Detection and response that doesn't sleep

Attacks don't wait for your office hours. Penny analyses your servers' traffic and behaviour in real time, identifies attack patterns and reacts instantly, blocking, isolating or remediating before an incident becomes a breach.

In real cases, this continuous watch with automatic response has dramatically cut the time between a threat appearing and being contained, compared with relying on manual reviews alone.

Layered defence, from a cybersecurity house

The AI doesn't work alone: it sits on a layered defence architecture. Fortinet, Mikrotik and Cisco firewalls, server hardening by default, access control and segmentation form the perimeter that Penny watches from the inside.

And protection extends to your reputation: your domain will never send spam. With daily backups and disaster recovery, even in the worst case, we restore you to a clean, verified state.

How the platform works: from signal to containment

AI-managed security isn't magic: it's method executed without rest. Penny collects signals from every layer — network traffic, system logs, application behaviour — correlates them and checks them against known attack patterns and against your server's normal behaviour.

When something falls outside the pattern, the response defined by our cybersecurity team is applied: blocking an IP, isolating a process, cutting off anomalous sending. Every incident is documented and reviewed by people, and what's learned becomes a new platform rule: an attack seen once is covered for every client.

Who managed security is for

For those with something to lose and nobody watching: most SMEs have no security team, and their websites and servers are exposed to automated attacks that don't care about size or sector. If your site handles customer data, bookings or payments, the question isn't whether you'll be probed, but when.

Also for those who already had a scare and don't want another, and for agencies hosting client websites who need to be able to vouch for their security. Being a cybersecurity house as well as a hosting provider, the same judgement we apply in audits and security projects is built into the platform as standard.

Security mistakes the platform doesn't allow

Incidents rarely start with a brilliant attack; they start with an oversight: an admin panel open to the entire internet, software unpatched for months, logs nobody reads, the same password across three services. Attackers' automation finds those oversights before you do.

On our platform those oversights don't depend on someone remembering: hardening is applied as standard, patches follow a continuous cycle, logs are analysed by AI in real time and administrative access is restricted and monitored. Security by default, not by goodwill.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI decide security on its own, or are there people behind it?

Both. Penny acts in real time to detect and contain threats, but always under the supervision of our human cybersecurity team, which sets the policies and reviews incidents.

What happens if I suffer an incident despite everything?

Auto-remediation contains most threats instantly. If something more serious happened, daily backups and the disaster-recovery plan let us restore your system to a clean, verified state.

Can the AI mistakenly block a legitimate visitor?

It can happen with any protection system, which is why the rules are tuned and supervised by our team. If we detect a false positive, it's corrected at platform level, not with a one-off patch, so it never affects that visitor or any other again.

Is this security purchased separately from the hosting?

No: AI-managed security is the foundation of all our hosting, not an extra. This page explains how it works. If you need security beyond hosting, such as audits or protection for your network and offices, that's where our cybersecurity area comes in.

Will I know if there's an incident on my server?

Yes. Most threats are contained automatically without affecting you, but relevant incidents are documented and we explain what happened, what was contained and what was adjusted so it doesn't happen again. No unnecessary jargon and nothing sugar-coated.
