How we deploy it, step by step

A dedicated security server is not installed blindly: first we study your environment (network, firewalls, Active Directory, services and workload) to size the right machine. Then we prepare the server with a hardened baseline before it ever enters your premises: least privilege, closed services and documented configuration.

Commissioning is done in a controlled way: integration with your network and systems, verification of every function and an observation period before declaring it operational. Every step is documented, with a rollback path planned, so adding the server increases security from day one without introducing new risks.

Maintenance and life cycle

Installing is only the beginning. The server becomes part of our monitoring: we watch its health (hardware, load, storage) as closely as its security, apply updates and patches in a managed way, and periodically check that the hardening baseline remains intact. Any deviation is detected and corrected.

Updates are planned in windows agreed with you and always with a prior backup: if something does not go as it should, it is rolled back. And when the hardware approaches the end of its useful life, you will see it coming well in advance: we plan the replacement with you instead of waiting for the failure.

Hardware on your premises, team a few kilometres away

When security depends on a physical machine at your premises, the provider's distance matters. We are a team from Mallorca: if the server requires on-site work (an upgrade, a component replacement, a physical check), we drive to your premises instead of managing the problem by email from another city.

That proximity also changes the relationship: we know your premises, your rack and your cabling, not just your IP. For organisations in the Balearic Islands that choose to keep their data at home, it makes sense that whoever looks after that machine is also close to home.

Who manages the server once it is installed?

We manage it remotely and, when needed, on site. The hardware lives in your premises and the data does not leave your perimeter, but administration, updates and continuous hardening are our responsibility.

Is it mandatory in order to hire your cybersecurity?

No, it is an option. Many clients work perfectly with our managed model without a dedicated server. The on-premise server is designed for those who need additional physical control and data sovereignty.

What happens if the dedicated server fails?

The server's physical health is monitored too, so most problems are detected before they become failures. If something fails anyway, we intervene — remotely or on site — and your protection does not vanish: the design provides for continuity so a hardware failure does not leave you exposed.

Can I start with the managed service and add the dedicated server later?

Yes, and it is a common path. Many clients start with the standard managed defence and, when their privacy or control requirements grow, add the on-premise server. The security audit shows when that step makes sense.
